If cancellation is made more than two weeks prior to the Day Tour you will be entitled to a full refund* minus a $25 processing fee AND ticket price unless tickets are not involved. If day trip involves tickets (non-refundable), and you wish to cancel your reservation you will forfeit the cost of the ticket(s) as they are non-refundable in addition to processing fees.
